TOUCH UPS
Complimentary touch ups must be completed within the 4 – 6 week timeframe. If you exceed 6 weeks you will be charged for an under 12 months refresh at $350-$450 (please plan your holidays carefully). This is important as your brows are a two part process
CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING
48 hours notice is crucial for cancellations or rescheduling for whatever reason. This also applies to your complimentary touch up appointment. Any changes made less than 48 hours will result in a $99 cancellation fee. We note that unforeseen circumstances can arise but please understand that this will greatly affect your brow artists. Appointments can rarely be filled at such short notice. Please remember some appointments are 2.5 hours in duration and we must cover some of the business losses.
PRE TREATMENT
Please avoid ANY COFFEE, ALCOHOL, BLOOD THINNERS AND SUN EXPOSURE before your treatment to reduce the risk of bleeding and maximise your retention results and colour.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will not go ahead and your deposit of $99 will be forfeited. Our brow artist’s work back to back with clients, and perfection cannot be rushed. This is also important so that other clients’ appointments are not affected.
TREATMENT ROOM
Please be aware only one person at a time is permitted in the treatment room during treatment and consultation. No partners, parents or children. Clients need only the expert advise given by their brow artist. This is a necessary to limit any distractions to produce high quality/standard of work.
WAITING ROOM
Please refrain from bringing friends and family with you. We have multiple services being offered from our space and there is limited number of seating in our waiting areas.
BROW CORRECTIONS
For any clients with previous cosmetic tattooing you must have a consultation via email or text to accurately assess if it is possible for our brow artists to correct your brows. Please note that due to increased time, care and attention to detail an extra fee of $99 may be required.
PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING
Here at Beautiful Brow Boutique we do not perform any tattooing treatments if you are Pregnant or Breastfeeding, but no stress! We will be excited to see you once you are able to book in.
AFTERCARE
The aftercare instructions we provide you with are absolutely crucial to your healing and the retention you will receive out of the brow, please follow all of the instructions closely to avoid any freak out moments that may happen during the healing process.
CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT AND INDEMNITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. I understand that the nature and method of my proposed procedure has the usual risks inherent in the procedure and the possibility of complications during and following its performance. I understand there may be a certain amount of pain associated with the procedure and that other adverse effects may include minor and temporary bleeding, redness or other discolouration, and swelling. Fever blisters may occur on the lips following lip procedures in individuals prone to this problem. Fading or loss of pigment may occur. Secondary infection in the area of the procedure may occur rarely.
2. I absolutely understand and accept that a cosmetic tattoo procedure is a process, often requiring multiple applications of colour to achieve desirable results, and that 100% success cannot be guaranteed.
3. I understand that a cosmetic tattoo procedure will generally last only 1 to 5 years. If I wish to maintain the colour and shape I will require future retouches.
4. I understand that I must book a follow-up treatment within 2 months of initial treatment. Ideally a follow-up treatment is booked 6 weeks after initial treatment. I will be charged for all subsequent retouches. If I return for a retouch after the 2-month period has elapsed, I will be charged as per initial treatment.
5. I understand that the finished colour of the implant is determined by my skin tone and colour.
6. I agree to adhere to all pre-procedural and post-procedural instructions recommended by my practitioner and will be given an Aftercare Instruction Sheet.
7. Depending on the procedure(s), which I select, I accept responsibility for determining the colour, shape, and position of eyebrow, eyeliners, lip liner and/or full lip colour.
8. I acknowledge that NO refund will be given on this treatment.
9. I acknowledge that the permanent makeup procedure/s will only be carried out at my request. I accept that there is a risk that my face or person may suffer harm during, or as a result of my requested treatment, I acknowledge that if I consent to the treatment, I shall not be entitled to take action against the practitioner or Salon either at law or in Equity in respect of this treatment.
10. I acknowledge that I have been advised that I am not able to donate blood to the Blood Bank for a period of twelve months, following any permanent makeup procedure.
I UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND UPON BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE BEAUTIFUL BROW BOUTIQUE I AGREE TO THESE POLICIES.
