You get a casual medium volatile game with a lower-than-usual 3,333x potential, and the 3x3 grid size is also a deviation from their usual formula. It can be a good idea to break from patterns once in a while, we found Fruit Duel to be quite enjoyable overall.

Sure, we’ve seen the duel feature before, in far darker installments such as Gladiator Legends and Warrior Ways, but it’s fun to see which fruit gets squashed each time.

Decent multiplier wins are possible in all stages, but more likely in the bonus round. This is the second “light side” release from Hacksaw after a string of successful “dark side” releases, and it will be interesting to see when this “Jekyll & Hyde” developer switches personality again.
