Bouncy Balls 2 is a cluster pays engine grid slot from Eyecon, and it plays out on a 5x5 reel set with Cascading wins. In a somewhat unusual twist, you can actually win up to 10,000x your stake from a single 9+ cluster, and the overall 11,000x potential is impressive for a low volatility release. The bonus round comes with a grid that expands up to 8x8 in the end, and you can check out our full review and play the free demo game below.

Bouncy Balls 2 Review
The recent Fluffy Favourites Megaways has not been quite as successful as the original classic, but this hasn’t stopped Eyecon from having a go with another somewhat “childish” release. Bouncy Balls 2 is a 5x5 grid slot filled with colorful characters, and you get plenty of antics and noises from them as you can probably imagine.
Unlike most modern slots, Bouncy Balls has always been aimed at players who prefer less risky gameplay, and that approach has also been retained in the sequel. The Bouncy Balls 2 slot is aimed at the UK Bingo market, which is predominantly a female market, and it's a nod to fans of the original title that Eyecon hasn't bumped up the variance, keeping the game pretty close to its older brother in terms of the math.
Those familiar with Playtech's Bouncy Balls know the game is pretty light on features, and Eyecon has taken steps to remedy that. However, during the base game, you’re pretty much at the mercy of the cascading wins sequences each win triggers. You can win up to 5,000 and 10,000 x your stake from the 2 top-tier balls though, which is unusually high, not least for a low volatility game. The bonus round comes with a grid that expands after each spin sequence, but keep in mind that the 95.29 % RTP is slightly below average, though, still 3% higher than the one found in the original.

Bouncy Balls 2 Slot Features
The Cluster Pays engine means that you win by landing 5 to 16+ matching symbols in a cluster anywhere on the grid. The premium symbols pay between 50 and 5,000 x your stake for 16+ in a cluster, while the top-tier, flaming-haired, red female ball pays 50, 500, 2,000, 5,000, or 10,000 x your stake for 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9+ in a cluster, respectively.
All wins trigger the Cascading Wins feature, where winning symbols are removed to make room for new/existing symbols to drop down from above to fill the gaps. This process repeats as long as you keep landing new winning clusters, and you can thus get indefinite extra wins per spin.
You need to rack up at least 3 Bonus Ball scatters in a cascading sequence to trigger the Bonus Round, and it comes with a special PowerUpBall symbol. This powerup ball lands at the end of each cascading sequence, and it increases the grid from 5x5 to 6x6, 7x7, and finally 8x8. Once the grid is fully expanded to 8x8, the bonus round ends when the cascading sequence is finished.
The 200 Spins Bouncy Balls 2 Slot Experience
You get to see some bouncy balls action in the base game for a minute or so until we trigger the bonus round. The idyllic scenery shifts dramatically from day to night, and the bird in the tree is replaced by a wide-eyed owl. You can see for yourself how we fared by hitting the play button below.
Review Summary
Fluffy Favorites has long since proved that there can be a big market for somewhat “childish” games, and Eyecon’s Bouncy Balls 2 falls into that category in our opinion.
The balls are charming for a short while, with all their bouncy antics and squeaky noises, but they get annoying pretty soon. Having no base game modifiers (except cascading wins) does not really help either, and it’s hard to believe Eyecon decided to go with such a barebones approach. This is supposed to be a lighthearted, low volatile, and fun game after all, and even the bonus round doesn’t come with any extras except the grid expansion feature. The 11,000x potential (and 10,000x from 9+ of the top-tier cluster) is unusually solid for a low-volatility release, yet the RTP is still below-average at 95.29 %. We would love to see a follow-up based around the 80s horror movie Critters (just throwing ideas out there), or at least something with more modifier action and teeth.
Pros
- Cascading wins cluster pays engine
- Win up to 10,000x from a single 9+ cluster
- FS w/ grid that expands incrementally up to 8x8
- 11,000x potential is solid for low volatility
Cons
- RTP of 95.29 % is well below average
- Childish theme and no base game modifiers

Furballs - is filled with cutesy hairy creatures, and this is truly a feature-rich affair from Core Gaming. It plays out on a 7x7 grid, and each furball symbol has its own mini-feature. The bonus round comes with random multipliers up to x6, and you can win up to £250,000.
Fluffy Favourites - is Eyecon’s smash-hit classic, and it comes with an equally “childish” theme. We suspect the toybox claw grabber bonus game is the big attraction, but you also get a bonus round with up to 15 retriggers. The volatility is high, and you can win up to 5,000x your stake.
Hop N Pop - is a 7x7 cluster pays grid slot from Hacksaw, and it plays out on a farm with fruit symbols on the reels.
A x2 roaming multiplier symbol doubles in value per tumble win, or splits in two. You can get up to 4 of these symbols with up to x64 multipliers in the bonus round, and this can lead to 12,500x payouts.Related Slots
